Preparation
Asphalt Cleaning
Before we ever pull out the sealant, we ensure your driveway is thoroughly cleaned. Blowing all debris and broom cleaning when needed to loosen dirt in crevices. We will even trim the edge of the driveway for overgrown grass if needed and clean out cracks and gaps. This process allows the sealant to adhere better to the asphalt leaving a better and longer lasting result.
Crack Filling and Repairs
To ensure the longest life for your asphalt, we fill most major cracks and offer gap filling. This prevents moisture from getting under the asphalt and worsening the crack or causing sunk areas. We offer several types of crack filling including trowel-able, hot tar and cold patch depending upon the size of the cracks that need filling. Asphalt Edging
We edge all of our driveways to ensure a clean and professional transition from asphalt to nearby surfaces. Many times this includes sidewalks, garage floors, and curbs. However, some driveways use decorative brick or rock to surround the asphalt. We take our time on every driveway to ensure an end result you'll be proud to show off!

Eco-Friendly Sealer

Eco-Friendly Sealer does not contain any coal tar, which offers a safer option for the environment, pets and our customers. While this is an optional add-on, many of our customers prefer to use eco-friendly sealer to eliminate the odor of traditional sealer and protect their plants and pets.
Cold Patching
Since not every driveway requires cold patching, it's something we offer as needed. This differs from our crack filling techniques as it uses a different blend of asphalt designed to repair larger sections of asphalt that have sunk, broken off, or created a very large gap. Crack Filling
Crack Filling is a key step in maintaining your asphalt driveway. With normal wear and tear, asphalt tends to develop cracking. Crack filling is a seasonal maintenance performed to prolong the crack from getting worse rapidly. We fill the cracks before applying the sealant, this prevents moisture from getting under the asphalt and causing bigger issues like sinking, heaving, and separation. Oil Stain Treatment
Before applying sealer, we would treat oil stains with a special solvent for proper adhesion. Oil or other vehicle chemicals will deplete the surface if left untreated. This step is to ensure the sealer adheres properly to your asphalt for a better and longer lasting result.

Asphalt Driveways can separate from garage floors over time. To help with this issue and fill the separation, we offer garage gap filling. The void is filled to help prevent moisture from getting in the gap and causing further driveway separation.
